Francesca Grace Home is a full-service interior design and luxury home staging studio serving Los Angeles, Orange County, Palm Springs, and now the greater Bay Area. From staging some of Southern California’s most notable homes for market to designing private residences, restaurants and hotels from the ground up, our work is rooted in creating spaces with a distinct point of view. Whether preparing a property for sale or creating a space meant to last, we’re involved from the first conversation through final installation.

Our staging work is built around one goal: understanding what will make a buyer connect with a home. We work across luxury residences, new development, and architecturally significant properties, creating interiors that respond to the home itself rather than following a formula. From furniture selection and custom pieces to art, styling, and final installation, our team handles the full process with every decision made for the property, the market, and the buyer walking through the door.

Our interior design studio takes on full-scope residential and commercial projects, including private homes, restaurants, and hotels. We work from the earliest stages of a project through installation, overseeing the design direction, materials, furnishings, custom pieces, and finishing details along the way. Every project is an opportunity to create a world entirely its own.

THE WALKTHROUGH
If the initial budget feels aligned, we’ll schedule a complimentary walkthrough to confirm the scope and discuss your goals for the home. While we're always open to hearing what inspires you, our staging is approached as a complete design concept for the home.

PROPOSAL & BOOKING
Following the walkthrough, we'll send your final proposal and confirm an installation date. To secure your requested date, the agreement must be signed and payment made in full within 24 hours of receiving the proposal.

INSTALLATION
Homes under 6,000 square feet are typically installed in one day, with larger properties requiring two. Our team handles every detail, from furniture and art to final styling, guided by our creative direction for the home.

AFTER INSTALLATION
Your three-month staging term begins on the day of installation. We're happy to accommodate minor styling adjustments following install; larger furniture changes may incur an additional fee.

STAGING REMOVAL
Once the property is ready to be destaged, please contact our team as early as possible. We typically require a minimum of one week's notice to schedule furniture removal.

Our staging minimum is $14,000 for an initial three-month term. After the first three months, staging may be extended at an additional 10% of the original staging fee per month.

Payment is due in full upon signing to secure your installation date. We accept wire transfer and ACH, as well as credit cards with a 3.5% processing fee.

Our staging calendar is typically booked three to four weeks in advance. You're always welcome to reach out about a shorter timeline, and we'll let you know if we're able to accommodate your requested date.

Yes. We can stage select rooms based on the needs of the property. Our $14,000 staging minimum still applies.

We approach each staging as a complete design concept for the home and ask our clients to trust our team's expertise in selecting the pieces that best serve the property. While we're always open to hearing what inspires you, we do not take requests for specific furniture or individual pieces.

Furniture and decor may be available for purchase by room or as a full-home buyout. Pricing is available upon request; itemized price lists are not provided.

Art is included in every Francesca Grace Home staging. For clients looking for a gallery-level art program, we offer private art curation in partnership with Creative Art Partners, with works personally selected by Francesca for the property. Please include this request in your initial staging inquiry so it can be incorporated into your proposal. Pricing is available upon request.

Fresh florals can be added to your staging for an additional fee and are typically styled once, prior to photography. For incredible plants and more unusual, hard-to-source varieties, we recommend The Haus Plant.

We love working with Will Myers, an interiors photographer with an incredible eye for capturing a space as it was intended to be seen. He understands our work, our aesthetic, and the details we care about, which makes him a natural extension of the FGH process.
